I met little Alysson when she was merely two days old. Well, I actually was able to hang out with her momma while she was still pregnant – and then I was lucky enough to meet and carry Alysson when she first got home. A few days later, I came back with camera and goodies in tow for her session. She was an absolute dream. Slept like an angel, woke up for a milk break and diaper change and was fast asleep for the 2nd half of the session.
Yesenia, her mom, pulled out a few headbands. I thought it was the coolest thing; at the baby shower there was a headband making station! And so, guests could make headbands for little Alysson to wear. After laying them out, we chose two and were able to use them during the session. And now, not only did we use personal items they were handmade by friends and family. How great, right?!
I’m hoping at our next session we can get big brother in some frames. With common toddler mindset, he was shy in front of the camera. He’s great with his sister but wasn’t feeling the camera and set up. But, we’ll get some of them two together in due time!
Here are some highlights from our afternoon together.
